This project was created to visually translate the meaning of Christmas through 3D language. The snow globe was chosen as the central element for its symbolism of memory, affection, and magic — a small scene frozen in time.
Modeled and rendered in Blender, the artwork merges emotional storytelling with technical exploration. The composition features the phrases “Be your special one” and “But do not forget… that the real ‘present’ in life is shared!”, emphasizing self-love and the value of human connection.
Every detail was carefully crafted to evoke feeling: soft lighting, particle-based falling snow, realistic materials, and subtle reflections enhancing depth and atmosphere.
From a technical standpoint, the project expanded my experience with shader development, particle systems, and three-dimensional composition, focusing on mood, contrast, and visual storytelling.
More than a decorative piece, the 3D snow globe represents an emotional narrative about shared memories and the simplicity that defines the true spirit of Christmas.
